Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications: Experience providing actionable insights and solutions to problems and helping evaluate business needs and issues. Experience with analytical tools/techniques (SQL, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, spreadsheet software). Understanding of market, product, organizational and cross-functional nuances with an awareness of when to seek additional support and guidance. Ability to execute on project components and support business processes with some guidance. Strong analytical skills, including ability to analyze and interpret data and effectively communicate in a structured and compelling manner. In this role, you will require you to drive solutions to complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business problems and opportunities for gTech. You will work cross-functionally with finance, vertical gTech teams, and sales operations on developing plans, and setting and monitoring gTech’s performance against our business goals. You will have the opportunity to shape how we deliver customer care and drive efficiencies across a global operations team.
