This role partners across business, and technology teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and accelerate decision-making. A critical aspect of this role is enabling clarity through communication—distilling complex work into concise, actionable narratives that align stakeholders, identify and overcome barriers, and support executive decisions. This is not a communications function, but a strategic integration role that uses communication as a lever to drive outcomes. This role also embraces emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance day-to-day productivity, improve decision-making, and streamline how work gets done. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, comfort navigating ambiguity, and a consistent bias toward action and results. **Key Responsibilities** - **Drive strategy into action:** Translate enterprise priorities into clear plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes that advance business objectives. - **Accelerate alignment and decisions:** Bring together cross-functional stakeholders, frame trade-offs, and move teams from discussion to decision. - **Manage complexity at scale:** Identify and coordinate dependencies, proactively surface risks, and drive mitigation strategies. - **Strengthen execution discipline:** Establish governance, tracking, and accountability mechanisms that bring transparency to progress and outcomes. - **Enable clarity through communication:** Synthesize complex information into clear, concise narratives that align stakeholders and support decisions. - **Leverage AI to enhance impact:** Use AI and modern tools to streamline workflows, generate insights, and improve speed, quality, and effectiveness of day-to-day work. - **Influence across teams:** Build strong relationships and align leaders through data-driven storytelling, structured problem-solving, and effective facilitation. - **Engage senior leadership**: Provide sharp, outcome-focused updates and insights that inform direction, unblock decisions, and shape results. **Essential Skills** - 7 or more years of experience with strategic planning, product coordination or product management. - Strong knowledge of digital programs at an enterprise level - Experience working within large, complex organizational environments - Strong proficiency with Agile tools, including Jira, Confluence, Digital.ai, or comparable technologies - Experience leveraging AI to drive productivity and optimize processes - Background or familiarity with the financial services and insurance industry (preferred) **Supervisory Responsibilities** • This job does not have supervisory duties and is an individual contributor role. #LI\_NJ1 **Skills** Accountability, Agile Tools, Business, Communication, Complexity Management, Cross-Functional Teamwork, Decision Making, Executive Leadership, Prioritization, Problem Solving, Process Optimization, Product Management, Strategic Planning, Strategy Execution **Compensation** Compensation offered for this role is 110,000.00 - 181,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
