We're more than just a distributor—we're a team dedicated to innovation, service excellence, and operational excellence.** We're looking for a **Strategic Dispatcher - Lubes** who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex logistical challenges, and can make data-driven decisions that improve service, efficiency, and overall business performance. **Why RelaDyne?** - Competitive pay - Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA) - 401(k) with company match - Generous PTO and paid holidays - Career growth opportunities with a growing national organization - Collaborative team environment where your impact is visible **What You'll Do** - Manage daily routing, delivery execution, and volume planning to support operational, service, and profitability goals - Optimize route efficiency, tank utilization, and zone coverage using operational data and performance metrics - Make real-time dispatch decisions related to routing, load assignments, driver availability, customer needs, and changing conditions - Monitor tank inventory levels and proactively schedule deliveries to prevent service disruptions - Coordinate driver schedules, equipment utilization, and load documentation - Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service - Collaborate with Terminal Managers, Operations Leaders, and other stakeholders to support business objectives and corporate initiatives - Maintain accurate dispatch records, reporting, and system data - Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, transportation requirements, safety standards, and company policies - Support customer communication, issue resolution, and service-related follow-up **What We're Looking For** - Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, fuel distribution, or a related operational environment - Strong understanding of routing, scheduling, inventory management, and fleet utilization - Ability to make independent operational decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Experience using dispatch software, routing tools, and Microsoft Excel - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance requirements - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail - Strong customer service mindset with the ability to balance operational efficiency and customer expectations **Preferred Qualifications** - Fuel dispatching or petroleum logistics experience - Experience with SmartLogix or similar dispatch management systems - Experience working in a multi-site or high-volume logistics operation - Experience using reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems At RelaDyne, you’ll find more than just a job-you’ll discover a career with a company that values **people, teamwork, and growth**.
