This role reports to the Purchasing Manager. #### What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering. - 5–7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or procurement—ideally in manufacturing or capital equipment. - A proven track record leading complex, multi-million-dollar negotiations and managing long-term supplier contracts. - Strong financial acumen: hands-on experience with cost accounting, TCO modeling, and Make vs. Buy analysis. - Proficiency with modern ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel. - Experience sourcing technical components, machined parts, and complex assemblies. - A sharp eye for global commodity trends and their financial impact. - Excellent cross-functional communication, especially with Engineering, Finance, and Operations. - CPSM, CPIM, or similar certification is a strong plus. #### What We Offer - Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off, holidays, and flexible scheduling - An on-site role with real, hands-on engagement - A culture built on innovation, collaboration, and professional growth #### Who Thrives Here We value people who lead with **integrity**, own their commitments, and deliver under pressure. You bring energy and a genuine drive to make an impact, you keep the customer at the center of your decisions, and you make the team around you better.
