We trust our Crew Members with handling all fan questions and concerns and seek solutions that guarantee meeting our service standards. Success as a Taproom Crew Member involves staying updated on industry standards, maintaining the taprooms visual appeal, and showcasing it’s beer offerings. **What You'll Do** - Deliver amazing fan service in all interactions with fans, vendors, team members, and industry partners. - Pour and serve beer, brewed cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards. - Execute opening and closing duties as per company training guidelines. - Plan and conduct brewery tours, including public speaking engagements. - Stock merchandise and beer inventory, to meet visual standards. - Maintain Taproom displays, merchandise, and cleanliness. - Operate POS system accurately for sales transactions. - Understand and comply with health and safety regulations for Team Members and fans. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, county, and municipal health and safety regulations. - Maintain Taproom cleanliness and sanitation according to company and regulatory standards. - Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. *Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* - High School Diploma or GED. - At least 1 year of related experience and/or training, preferably in a beverage or retail environment. - Must have cash handling experience. - Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems. - Must possess a current RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certificate.
