Preferred Qualifications: - Five (5) or more years of experience as a practicing Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner; - Experience managing statewide or regional healthcare programs; - Experience developing healthcare policies, clinical protocols, or quality improvement initiatives; - Experience delivering professional education, clinical instruction, or workforce development programs; - Leadership experience within multidisciplinary healthcare or criminal justice environments; - Grant management or program administration experience; - Experience working with rural healthcare systems, telehealth initiatives, or mobile healthcare delivery programs; - Knowledge of state and federal grant requirements and reporting processes.
