**Job Purpose/Summary** The State Integrated Student Supports (ISS) Data Manager is responsible for leading ISS data management, reporting and analysis in partnership with the state and affiliate data teams. This role oversees the CISDM (Communities In Schools’s proprietary internal) database, accreditation and audit processes, data standards, and reporting procedures to ensure compliance, consistency, and high-quality data across affiliates. The position leads statewide reporting efforts, supports program evaluation and continuous improvement, and collaborates with state and affiliate leaders to translate data into actionable insights that improve student outcomes. Additionally, the State ISS Data Manager supports organizational data capacity through training, coaching, and supervision, fostering a strong data culture and empowering staff at all levels to effectively use data to drive performance and program impact. **Duties & Responsibilities** **Data Governance, Compliance & Quality** - Administrative Lead for CISDM database. Oversee and support user management, system updates, and partner, support and initiative upkeep. - Ensure alignment with CIS National, state and district standards, and assist the State Data Director with establishing and maintaining protocols for data sharing and additional agreements, processes, and procedures. - Assist State Data Director with supervision of Accreditation, Annual Risk Management Assessment (ARMA), National EOY Phase Review and bi-annual case file audits. - Maintain and ensure high level of quality in data collection, review, communication and reporting across affiliate teams. Conduct regular audits of ISS data to monitor progress and ensure quality of data. - Lead statewide data standardization and initiatives, including supervising the completion and upkeep of state data guideline documents, processes, and procedures. - Lead project management efforts to implement improved data practices. - Optimize data reporting for the organization by securing and utilizing various tools and systems. - Manage statewide ISS data support budget. - Attend all CIS National meetings and webinars in relation to ISS data and CISDM database. Serve as main point of contact for CISDM communications. - Communicate state data information and escalate system-wide concerns to State Data Director. **ISS Data Reporting & Analysis** - Lead and supervise Affiliate Reporting standards including reviewing completion and presentation of Quarterly Reports and dashboards, mid-year updates and EOY reporting. Provide guidance and support to affiliate teams to enhance reporting quality and depth of analysis. - Lead quarterly data monitor & adjust meetings for affiliate Executive Directors, data and program teams that drive continuous improvement and accountability for program outcomes. - Manage and support data distribution to state team, including quarterly, mid-year and EOY outcomes, annual reports, and other data as requested. - Oversee and support as needed with the generation and management of regular ISS reports, including grant reporting, program assessments, research and case studies. - Collaborate with state and affiliate management to provide analysis & recommendations to enhance student outcomes organization wide. - Collaborate and partner cross-functionally with Specialized Data and Programs staff to ensure integration and strategic connectivity between ISS and Specialized Data. **Leadership, Training, & Team Supports** - Foster a strong data culture across the organization by championing data-driven decision-making, ensuring accessible data, and investing in widespread data literacy. - Support State Data Director in developing budgets, informing cost models and staff ratios. - Support the development of data training materials for all levels, from direct service to executive leadership, in data competencies. - Assist with development and delivery of Annual State Data Convening and regular training opportuni…
