**Stand- Up Forklift Driver** **Chesapeake, VA** **$16.00- $16.50 per hour w/ OT** Givens is Driven to Deliver- both for our customers and our employees. We have been growing significantly over the last few years and continue to grow at a rapid pace. We are looking for Stand- Up Forklift Operators to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving, loading and unloading 53' trailers, flatbeds and containers as well as preparing material for shipping. See www.givens.com for additional information. **Requirements** - Unload Material to warehouse dock - Identify damaged product or shortages and report to appropriate personnel - Properly use RF scanners - Pull material from location for shipping - Load outbound trucks - Ability to operate various types of equipment to include but not limited to picker, stand up lift, and electric lifts - Shrink Wrap Pallets - Ability to meet on time performance metrics - Comply with policies/procedures including safety procedures - Other duties as assigned - Works to accomplish the Givens Mission every day through a dedication to the Givens Values of Integrity, Family, Drive **Experience Needed** - Must have two years of Stand- Up Forklift experience - High school diploma or GED required - Basic Math skills Necessary - Valid forklift certificate or ability to obtain - Excellent hand eye coordination **Benefits** Starts at $16.00 per hour
