Nous recherchons **un(e) stagiaire** de juillet à décembre **2027** **(6 mois) en compliance,** au sein de notre **département** **contentieux, arbitrage et éthique des affaires.** **Nous n’offrons pas de stage en alternance.** **L’EQUIPE** Composée de 2 associés, 2 counsels et 6 collaborateurs, notre équipe intervient dans tous les **domaines du contentieux des affaires et de l’arbitrage international**, ainsi qu’en **matière d’éthique des affaires**. L’attrait du stage proposé par notre équipe réside dans leur polyvalence, fort appréciée des stagiaires qui ont l’opportunité de développer leurs compétences dans nos différents domaines d’intervention**, en particulier** **en compliance** (anticorruption, droits humains, sanctions, transparence, enquêtes internes…). **LE STAGE PROPOSE** *Missions* Dans le cadre du stage en **éthique des affaires**, le/la stagiaire sera fortement impliqué(e) dans les dossiers du département avec les associés et collaborateurs. Il/Elle sera notamment amené(e) à intervenir en matières d’anticorruption, de droits humains, de sanctions internationales auprès de clients variés (notes stratégiques, mise en place de programmes de conformité Sapin II et devoir de vigilance, accompagnement lors de contrôles des autorités [AFA, HATVP…], enquêtes internes, audits…). *Profil* Elève-avocat(e) ou étudiant(e) en master 2, idéalement avec une première expérience en compliance et éthique des affaires, en cabinet ou en entreprise. Le/La stagiaire devra disposer de solides connaissances juridiques complétées, le cas échéant, par une double formation (école de commerce, IEP, université anglo-saxonne).
