The Staffing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the care team. **What’s in it for me?** - Location: Otsego Office / Hybrid schedule - Hours/days: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm - Hourly rate: $21.00- $24.00/hour - Benefits: generous health insurance reimbursement plan, 401k, paid time off, 8 paid holidays, work/life balance **What will I be doing?** - Ensure patient’s needs are being met by providing quality scheduling services, seeking their input and making appropriate schedule changes as needed. - Provide professional communication both verbal and written while providing exceptional customer service when communicating with employees, patients or Responsible Parties. - Maintain open and consistent communication with internal and external customers via phone and email. **What do I need to bring to the job?** - Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English. - One year previous experience with data entry. - Experience with organization and customer service. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards. *EOE, Drug Free Work Environment*
