**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Help to prepare banquet rooms for planned events. - Serving food & beverages at all planned events. - Assists in all events the Entertainment department is responsible for and participates in various training activities. - Work with all departments to be able to conduct a lively and professional venue for casino customers and entertainers. - Will need to work flexible hours, when necessary. - Attends all staff meetings and required trainings. - Must comply with policies and procedures. - All other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager. **REQUIREMENTS:** - Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. - Must have strong communication skills - Must be honest and trustworthy. - Must have strong customer service skills. - Must be people friendly. - Must be a team-player and team-builder. - Must maintain confidentiality. - Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) - Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends **CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:** - Must be 18 at time of hire. - Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process. - Must be able to pass a background investigation. - Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test. - Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License. **Employee Benefits:** - Health Insurance: Employee is eligible to apply within 60 days of initial hire. - Delta Dental and VSP Vision Insurances: Employee is eligible to apply within 60 days of initial hire. - Retirement plan with a 4% match, must complete 90-day probation period. - Vol Life Insurance, employee is eligible to apply for additional coverage 31 days of initial hire. - Employer Paid Basic Life Insurance - Employer Paid Short Term Disability - Employer Paid Long Term Disability
