Responsibilities Design, implement, and refine the repeatable processes and frameworks that enable our UX team to deliver bold, high-quality work at lightning speed. Serve as the central point of contact for UX, orchestrating alignment on priorities, roadmaps, and resource allocation with key partners in Product, Engineering, Research, and Trust & Safety. Partner with UX discipline leads to forecast, plan, and allocate team capacity, ensuring we are always focused on the most critical user and business goals. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in our processes, tools, and cross-functional communication, empowering the team to focus on impactful design and research. Foster a positive, collaborative, and team culture through well-planned strategic off-sites, workshops, and communication initiatives.
