Presents oral, written and graphic reports to various boards and/or commissions. Performs research and analysis on complex and sensitive areas within department structure, functions, projects, etc., as assigned. Prepares and submits timely mandated reports pertaining to departmental function(s) as needed to comply with federal and state laws. Coordinates, prepares and/or provides technical assistance in the preparation of departmental contracts.
