Travel: Up to 15%, domestic or international Job ID: 1718 The Role The Quality function plays a critical role in ensuring product conformity, process excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire product lifecycle—from supplier qualification through final product acceptance. We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving Skyloom's AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring products, processes, and suppliers consistently meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements for quality, reliability, and performance. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management, you will lead internal quality assurance activities, including quality system compliance, manufacturing quality, audits, nonconformance management, root cause investigations, risk management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple aerospace programs. You will also support Supplier Quality activities to help ensure the highest standards across Skyloom's products and operations. Responsibilities Maintain and continuously improve the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements. Plan and perform internal, supplier, and customer audits while driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead nonconformance management, root cause investigations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to support manufacturing and engineering activities.
