Staff Product Manager, Platform

WHAT YOU'LL DO We are seeking a Staff Product Manager for Platform to lead our platform product portfolio that makes NodeZero enterprise-ready, extensible, and reliable at scale. You will work closely with the Sr. Director of Product and senior engineering leadership to define and execute the platform strategy that underpins every experience in our product. In this role, you will be responsible for enterprise experience, integrations/APIs/MCP server and agentic workflows, performance and reliability, and MSP/MSSP functionality—while also owning a hands-on product area yourself, with particular emphasis on platform performance, reliability, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring our platform is scalable, observable, secure, and easy to integrate with the broader security and IT ecosystem. You will define and drive the platform capabilities that enable feature teams, partners, and customers to build, automate, and operate on top of NodeZero with confidence. You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can move fluidly between strategic thinking and tactical execution, and is comfortable making decisions that impact multiple product lines. You will partner cross-functionally with Engineering, SRE, Customer Success, Marketing, Support, Sales, and other Product leaders to deliver platform functionality that improves system stability, accelerates development, and unlocks enterprise and partner growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Platform Product Strategy and Vision: Own the end-to-end product strategy for the NodeZero platform, with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, extensibility, and enterprise readiness. Ensure platform investments are tightly aligned with company objectives, revenue goals, and customer outcomes. - Directly own the product roadmap for platform performance, reliability, and operational excellence. Define SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets; partner with Engineering and SRE to improve availability, latency, and overall system health. - Enterprise Experience and Governance: Oversee the platform capabilities that enable enterprise customers to securely adopt and scale NodeZero, including RBAC, SSO/SCIM, entitlements and licensing, auditability, administrative workflows, and multi-tenancy. - Roadmap and Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a transparent, outcome-driven roadmap across your portfolio.
