Join us and shape the future of care. The Role We're hiring a Staff Product Manager – Onboarding & Growth to help shape how practitioners discover, adopt, and realize value from Fullscript. In this role, you'll own critical parts of the practitioner journey, from sign-up through first treatment plan and Assist activation, identifying opportunities to improve onboarding, accelerate activation, and drive long-term engagement. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad scope and high autonomy. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex customer problems, define growth strategies, and deliver measurable business impact.
