We’re proud to be a part of that.Learn more about us on our YouTube Channel or Blog Posts Role Overview:As the Staff Product Manager for Agency Monetization & Wallet, you will own the strategy and execution of HighLevel’s Reselling, Rebilling, and Wallet experiences for agencies and subaccounts. You will be responsible for how agencies recover platform costs, apply markups, resell HighLevel products, manage funds, and understand the movement of money across their accounts and customers. This role sits at the intersection of monetization, billing, payments infrastructure, and agency operations. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Finance, Revenue Operations, Tax, and product teams across HighLevel to build a reliable and scalable system that enables agencies to monetize HighLevel products while maintaining financial accuracy, transparency, and control. Your work will shape how agencies and subaccounts transact across HighLevel—from wallet funding and usage deductions to rebilling, markups, taxes, credits, and profitability visibility. Key Responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for HighLevel's Reselling, Rebilling, and Wallet platform. Identify customer problems and market opportunities to improve how agencies monetize HighLevel products and manage financial operations. Lead product initiatives from discovery through execution, balancing customer needs, technical complexity, and business objectives. Partner closely with Engineering and Design to build scalable, reliable, and intuitive platform experiences. Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and other Product teams to ensure seamless end-to-end monetization workflows. Define success metrics, leverage customer insights and data, and continuously optimize product performance. Drive alignment across stakeholders while influencing product direction across multiple teams. Mentor Product Managers and contribute to raising the overall product management bar across the organization.
