Staff Mechanical System Designer

The E-Space Manufacturing team builds the world's most advanced aerospace products at high rate and high precision. As a Staff Mechanical Systems Designer, you will be the senior technical anchor for mechanical systems design across E-Space's automated manufacturing lines. You'll own the architecture of complex mechanical systems - fixtures, frames, motion assemblies, and the integration of automation hardware - and set the design standards the rest of the team builds on. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has delivered production-grade mechanical systems and wants to shape how a fast-scaling aerospace manufacturing team works. This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering leadership team.
