You will work on further developing a portfolio already containing client names such as DHL, Johnson & Johnson, FDA, DMV, PwC, KeyBank, Spotify, and H&R BLOCK. Job Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Architecture Guide architectural decisions for computer vision and multimodal systems Drive implementation of novel ML approaches and best practices Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions Establish patterns for model development and deployment Evaluate and introduce new technologies and methodologies Ensure technical excellence across ML initiatives Team Mentorship & Growth Mentor senior and junior machine learning engineers Foster a culture of engineering excellence and knowledge sharing Guide career development of team members Lead technical discussions and learning sessions Review and provide feedback on technical approaches Help build and maintain high engineering standards Technical Implementation & Scale Lead development of complex ML systems and architectures Guide optimization of model performance and efficiency Establish frameworks for model evaluation and validation Drive improvements in development and deployment processes Ensure production readiness and system reliability Architect scalable ML solutions Job Requirements: Education & Experience MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning/AI Deep expertise in computer vision and deep learning Proven track record of leading successful ML projects Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence Technical Expertise Expert knowledge of computer vision and multimodal architectures Deep understanding of ML system design and scalability Strong programming skills in Python and modern ML frameworks Extensive experience with production ML systems Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges Strong background in performance optimization Leadership & Communication Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow engineers Strong track record of driving technical decisions Excellence in technical communication and documentation Experience leading architectural discussions Ability to influence and drive consensus Track record of fostering team growth This role offers the opportunity to shape both our technical direction and team growth while working on cutting-edge computer vision systems. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong mentorship abilities to drive both project success and team development. Salary Range: The anticipated base salary range for this position is between 22,110,000 HUF and 26,950,000 HUF annually . Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority compared to others performing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee that an offer will be at the top of the posted range, as compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
