What You’ll Do As an Engineer on the Clinic Platform team, you’ll build and scale the systems that power our clinician and patient experiences end-to-end. Design, build, and own fullstack features across web and backend systems supporting telehealth workflows (intake, eligibility, prescribing, care plans, follow-ups) Partner closely with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver intuitive, compliant, and high - quality user experiences Build scalable backend services and APIs that integrate with EHRs, pharmacies, labs, and third - party partners Develop modern frontend applications (React - based) that power internal clinician tools and member - facing experiences Ensure performance, reliability, and security across critical healthcare flows Contribute to architecture decisions , technical strategy, and system design for a rapidly evolving platform Drive experimentation and iteration , enabling rapid product improvements while maintaining high quality Mentor engineers and raise the bar for engineering excellence, code quality, and operational rigor What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience building and scaling fullstack applications Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript) Solid backend experience with Node.js (or similar) building APIs and distributed systems Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL Strong understanding of system design, data modeling, and scalability Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and modern deployment practices Familiarity with observability, performance tuning, and production debugging Ability to operate in a fast - moving environment with high ownership and accountability Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
