In daily work the software department drives the convergence of cutting-edge technology and maintenance excellence to propel businesses toward unparalleled success. ## What you'll do As a Staff Frontend Software Engineer, your role will focus on the development and enhancement of key features for our Web applications. You will be responsible for creating and refining features that are both user-centric and technologically advanced, contributing significantly to our product's overall functionality and user experience. ## Responsibilities - Work with engineers & technical leaders across the company to ship products on strong foundations. - Build high quality end-to-end product experiences for platforms Improve engineering standards, tooling and processes. - Develop and lead the team to execute against both short-term and long-term roadmaps. - Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation. - Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects, laying the groundwork for early-stage products to iteratively evolve and scale, and taming complexity and shoring up reliability of existing systems. ## ## Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to React. - Deep understanding of React principles and patterns, including but not limited to compound, presentational and HOC patterns. - Experience in implementing caching strategies or asynchronous state management for high data load applications. - Strong knowledge in web performance optimization and cross-platform compatibility. - Experience working across engineering teams and other functions in building alignment, driving decision making, and communicating transparentlyExperience mentoring and helping in the development of engineers and peers. ## ## Bonus points - Track record of leading frontend platform development in a high-growth tech environment. - Experience in creating offline applications or desktop applications using Electron/Tauri. - Experience in high-volume data processing. - Fluent in English. ### Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary and stock options - 30 days of paid annual leave - Education and courses stipend - Earn a trip anywhere in the world every 4 years - R$1.035/month for meals allowance - Health plan with national coverage and without coparticipation - Dental Insurance: we help you with dental treatment for a better quality of life. - Wellhub and Sports Incentive: R$300/mo extra if you practice activities
