Title: Staff Development Coordinator/Trainer (Director of Training and Staff Development) Job Duties: The Staff Development Coordinator/Trainer develops, implements, and evaluates all orientation and educational programs for all departments within the facility. This position requires the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals in a respectful and professional manner. The Staff Development Coordinator/Trainer upholds the high standards of instruction and training for all employees working at the facility. Schedule: Full-Time Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred. One (1) year of full-time experience planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs in a healthcare setting, and demonstrating supervisory abilities, or two (2) years of employment with Crestwood as a Recovery Coach, Service Coordinator, or other applicable role. Within three (3) months of accepting this position, the incumbent will obtain a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education focusing on planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs in a healthcare setting and mental health. The incumbent will complete the Core Competencies training facilitated by the Corporate Learning and Performance team. The incumbent will complete the Professional Assault Crisis Training (Pro-ACT) certification. The incumbent will ensure that all their certifications, including but not limited to Pro-ACT, are maintained current and in good standing. Training certification preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay. Our Residential Care for Elderly (RCFE) supports independence, while providing health and wellness programs, managing both physical and behavioral problems, and promoting integration into the community. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
