**Staff Development Coordinator/Scheduler** **Registered Nurse** The **Nursing Schedule Coordinator** is a key team member that is responsible for the overall assurances of appropriate staffing levels are met at all times. ***Skills Needed*** - **Supportive Presence:** Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents and team members. - **Organization:** The ability to create staffing schedules that ensures the provision of quality nursing care. - **Collaboration:** Coordinates with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs and ensure compliance with appropriate budgetary, State and Federal guidelines. - **Teamwork:** The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents. - **Interpersonal Communication:** Strong understanding and collaboration with team members to ensure quick, equitable and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions. ***Requirements:*** - Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration. - Indiana RN license. - Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. **Compassion, Accountability, Relationships** and **Excellence** ***Benefits and perks include:*** - **Competitive Compensation:** Access your earnings before payday.
