Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of work experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineering, solutions consultant, etc.) or equivalent technical experience. Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated experience building applications or agents with Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience designing and implementing evaluation systems, benchmarks, or quality metrics for AI/LLM-based systems. Deep understanding of context engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and the principles of designing systems for AI agents. Familiarity with agentic frameworks and protocols (e.g., Model Context Protocol, LangChain, Skills).
