The incumbents will keep track of invoices; verify allied security guards schedules; reconcile procurement cards and reconcile requisitions of materials used with the Field Operations and storeroom; responsibilities also included but not limited to the timely collection and dissemination of information / documentation; collecting, preparing and analyzing data for studies, reports; alerts and notifications; creating technical reports and spreadsheets and charts and presentations using technical tools and customized computer system software; assist in the delivery of oral presentations to the Executive Staff; participate in special projects. Mandatory overtime may be required, as needs arise. Maybe required to work weekends, holidays, and different tours. **** **Education and Experience Requirements** Staff Analyst Trainee I: A Baccalaureate degree in a related field from an accredited college.
