NDM Hospitality is a dynamic and growing property management company specializing in the restaurant industry. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Staff Accountant** to join our accounting team for our Island H2O Water Park. If you have a strong background in **Full Cycle Accounting**, **AP processing**, **Bank Reconciliations**, **Credit Card Receivables**, and **inventory experience** with systems such as **NetSuite** and **Craftable Inventory**, we would love to hear from you. **Job Description:** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Staff Accountant** with a comprehensive understanding of property-level full cycle accounting to join our team. **Responsibilities:** - Responsible for **Full-Cycle Accounting**. - Core functions include accounts receivable and prepaids, accounts payable and accruals, overall general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and depreciation/amortization. - Comprehensive **Real Page** or equivalent knowledge for tenant billing management is preferred. - Prepare monthly financial packages with supporting workpapers and balance sheet reconciliations. - Ensure all reporting is accurate and in accordance with **US GAAP standards**. - Provide monthly and year-to-date **budget vs. actual variance analysis**. - Work in conjunction with operations to implement and maintain all accounting workflows. - Prepare annual budget and reforecast. - Act as a liaison to external parties, including internal and external auditors. - Oversee internal controls and enforce company accounting policies. - Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. **Qualifications:** - **Bachelor's degree in Accounting** is required; a master's degree and/or CPA is preferred. - Minimum of **3 years of related real estate accounting experience**. - Strong preference for candidates with **Real Page** experience. - Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and strong analytical skills. **Compensation:** Varies depending on experience. ***NDM Hospitality** is an equal opportunity employer.
