The annual salary range for employees in this position is $51,829 to $73,061. This role brings deep expertise in employment planning and a genuine belief that every individual can enter the workforce and succeed with the right support. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** **Employment Planning & Job Seeker Support** • Collaborate with Service and Support Administrators (SSAs), providers, and support teams to connect individuals with community resources and training. • Assess job seeker skills and interests and develop person-centered employment plans. • Track progress, provide ongoing support, and ensure long-term job retention. • Understand where each individual is on the Path to Employment and develop short- and long-term supports to advance their vocational goals. **Employer & Community Engagement** • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to identify job openings and secure placements. • Serve as a dedicated liaison between job seekers, employers, and employment service providers. • Link individuals to partner agencies (OOD), training, transportation, and other community supports. • Cultivate partnerships with Ohio Means Jobs (OMJ), local school districts, and OOD. **Systems Navigation & Problem Solving** • Apply deep knowledge of provider capacity and expertise to optimize workforce outcomes. • Exhibit creative, tenacious problem-solving to dismantle systemic barriers and build innovative pathways to employment. • Understand funding mechanisms through OOD and DODD for employment services. • Maintain detailed records for reporting, billing, and outcome tracking using state and county databases. ## Requirements **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education** • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Special Education, Human Servic…
