If you’re ready to bring your technical expertise to a team that values precision and innovation, join us as a Technician on our Day Shift. ### ### What you’ll do - Perform chem-film (alodyne) processes on metal surfaces - Apply conformal coating on PCBs and conduct solvent tests - Analyze test results and troubleshoot process issues - Work with chemicals, cleaning agents, microscopes, and precision tools - Review work instructions and drawings to ensure compliance with specifications - Set up and conduct tests on components and assemblies under operational conditions - Record test procedures, results, and recommend improvements - Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain quality standards ### What you need - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures (required) - Experience with chem-film and conformal coating processes (required) - Ability to use diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers (required) - Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100 standards (required) - Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma principles (advantage) - Vocational or technical certificate and 5–10 years of related experience (required) - U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance (required) ### What we offer - Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits - 401(k) with company match and retirement plans - Paid time off and flexible work arrangements - Professional development and training opportunities - A collaborative environment focused on innovation and growth **Salary Range:** $62,800.00-$83,700.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
