Sr. Technical Program Manager, AWS Classified Regions GTM

The AWS Classified Regions Go to Market (GTM) team is looking for an experienced Technical Sr. Program Manager to join our high-impact team. In this role, you will shape the GTM technical strategy and roadmap for the AWS classified cloud to deliver prioritized capabilities and solutions that address the unique mission needs of our national security customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product/project management fundamentals (e.g., business case, risk management, technical requirements capture), and experience with classified programs and cloud technology/infrastructure. They will also effectively communicate business and technical content to senior leadership, both verbally and in writing. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and currently possess and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance. Key job responsibilities As a Sr. Technical Program Manager for the Classified cloud, you will: - Define the Classified cloud GTM technical strategy and roadmap. - Collaborate with business and technical teams across AWS region infrastructure and cloud services organizations to deliver prioritized capabilities and solutions for national security customers. - Partner with customers and AWS teams to ensure successful IT workload deployment and a great customer experience. - Drive process and technology improvements that reduce friction and accelerate capability deployment for customers. - Proactively address technical, security, and compliance requirements for national security customers and industry partners. - Develop and present technical solution proposals to leadership in support of customer needs and GTM strategy. - Create run-books, go-to-market technical materials, and supporting content to enable customer adoption and accelerate onboarding.
