You will thrive in a collaborative environment where strategic thinking, technical depth, and cross-functional leadership are essential. ### Accountabilities: As a Sr Technical Product Manager, you will serve as a technical partner to product and engineering teams, helping drive complex initiatives from strategy through execution. You will bring clarity to ambiguous challenges, align stakeholders, and ensure teams can deliver reliable, scalable solutions. - Partner with product managers to understand roadmap objectives and translate technical constraints, dependencies, and architecture considerations into effective product strategies. - Evaluate technical tradeoffs by balancing system capabilities, engineering complexity, customer needs, and business impact. - Collaborate with engineering leaders to define project scope, manage cross-team dependencies, and proactively identify and resolve execution risks. - Support product teams in navigating complex technical decisions and ensuring alignment across multiple platform and infrastructure initiatives. - Establish clear success criteria, metrics, and execution plans to improve predictability and delivery outcomes. - Work closely with teams throughout the product lifecycle, including planning, launch execution, and post-release optimization. - Identify integration points between products and teams to ensure cohesive delivery across interconnected initiatives. - Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and technical considerations clearly to stakeholders at all levels. - Help drive modernization efforts, system reliability improvements, and long-term architectural evolution. ## **Requirements:** The ideal candidate is a technically skilled product manager with experience leading complex software, infrastructure, or platform initiatives. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, influencing without direct authority, and collaborating deeply with engineering teams. - 8+ years of experience in technical product management or a similar product leadership role. - Strong technical foundation in software engineering, infrastructure, platforms, or systems architecture. - Ability to engage in detailed technical discussions and understand complex engineering challenges. - Proven experience managing initiatives involving significant cross-team dependencies and technical complexity. - Demonstrated ability to operate independently and make sound decisions in ambiguous environments. - Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Track record of enabling successful delivery of complex initiatives with high reliability and predictable outcomes. - Experience balancing business priorities with technical constraints and long-term product strategy. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create structure from unclear requirements. ## **Benefits:** - Competitive annual salary range of **$120,000 – $160,000 USD**, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance p…
