Exciting Opportunity to join Honeywell as a Sr Talent Specialist! Join a high-impact Talent Process Center of Excellence (COE) team focused on delivering scalable, digital-first talent solutions across Honeywell Technologies. As a Senior Talent Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, and operationalizing talent processes. This role blends **strategy, operations, and technology**, requiring strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement expertise. You will report to the **Director of Talent Process** and work a **hybrid** schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in our Headquarters in **Charlotte, NC**. **KEY RESPONSIBLITIES** - Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent processes - Support end-to-end operational delivery of talent initiatives, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency - Serve as a subject matter expert for talent systems and digital tools, supporting system governance, enhancements, and user experience - Partner with HRIT and technical teams to translate business requirements into system-based solutions - Leverage AI capabilities and technology to streamline processes and improve outcomes - Apply structured project management and change management methodologies to drive adoption and results - Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and COE teams to understand business needs and recommend solutions - Influence decision-making and provide strategic input on talent initiatives and system enhancements - Collect and analyze data to generate insights and improve talent processes and programs - Develop and deliver enterprise-wide training, communications, and enablement resources for HR, employees, and people leaders to support adoption of talent processes and tools ### Qualifications **BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL** In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
