The Role We are currently seeking a Sr. Talent Program Manager to join our Talent & Organizational Development team! This individual contributor role directly impacts how emerging talent enters, grows, and thrives across our global organization. You will own and shape our global early careers experience - from designing structured internship and graduate programs to building university partnerships and continuously evolving the experience based on feedback and business needs. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $118,000 - $147,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. What You’ll Do Early Careers Development Scope, design, and program manage scalable global early career initiatives - including internship programs, new graduate cohorts, and rotational tracks that deliver exceptional learning and development experiences across the organization. Define and monitor program success metrics, using participant feedback, hiring outcomes, retention, performance, and conversion data to continuously improve program effectiveness and demonstrate business impact. Design and facilitate interactive development workshops tailored specifically for early career talent, focusing on essential professional skills, team dynamics, problem-solving, and career navigation. Conduct ongoing needs assessments to continuously refine learning pathways, ensuring program solutions effectively bridge the gap between academic preparation and business performance. Deliver world-class program experiences that elevate our employer brand, directly positioning us as a top employer of choice for early career applicants.
