Together, we’re expanding access to life-changing care—combining cutting-edge technology with clinical expertise to make a real impact in the mental health space. **Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist** **Location:** Malvern, PA **Department:** Human Resources **Employment Type:** Full-Time, Exempt * * * **About the Role** Neuronetics is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across clinical, commercial, technical, corporate, and senior-level roles. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who can build strong talent pipelines, partner closely with hiring leaders, and support both specialized searches and higher-volume hiring needs in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare or medical device environment. * * * **Key Responsibilities** - Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized, professional, technical, commercial, clinical, and senior-level roles. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. - Proactively source, engage, and manage active and passive candidates through the hiring process. - Build talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill and high-priority positions. - Support employer branding and social media recruiting campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and Glassdoor. - Track recruiting metrics and provide updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership. - Represent Neuronetics as a brand ambassador at networking events, career fairs, and industry functions. - Support internal communications related to talent acquisition initiatives and company updates. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. - Experience recruiting for professional, technical, commercial sales, clinical, corporate, or senior-level roles. - Medical device, healthcare, behavioral health, or similarly regulated industry experience strongly preferred. - Strong sourcing skills with experience engaging passive candidates. - Experience with employer branding, social media recruiting, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting technology. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * * * **Why Work for Us** At Neuronetics, you’ll be part of a mission-driven organization focused on expanding access to innovative mental health treatment.
