Sr. Systems Engineer (Citrix) (TS/SCI w/ CI Poly required)

**Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly required. On-site position. Must have Sec+ or better. Contingent upon contract. Two (2) engineers needed.Required Education, Experience, & Skills :** We are actively seeking candidates with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM field is required. Specific skills include the following: Possess a minimum of Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly (FS Poly works too) At a minimum, meet DoDD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification) Expertise working with Linux platforms and COTS applications in Linux cloud environments 5+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops **Responsibilities:** - Design and implement Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) infrastructure in a 100% Cloud environment - Deploy and configure Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, NetScaler/ADC, and supporting components - Implement Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) or Machine Creation Services (MCS) for desktop image management - Manage and maintain Citrix infrastructure including Virtual Delivery Agents (VDAs), hypervisors, and storage systems - Optimize VDI performance through monitoring, capacity planning, and resource allocation - Configure and manage user profiles using FSLogix - Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the VDI stack - Provide platform and infrastructure technical services and technical expertise in systems, technical infrastructure, tools, modeling, external interfaces, and other technical areas - Complete complex design, configuration and deployment of platform infrastructure and applications in a cloud-based environment ensuring performant environments - Maintain COTS applications in a cloud-based environment - Work with internal engineering resources as well as customer end-users to design and enhance the user interfaces for supported applications, maintaining responsive designs that accommodate challenging technical and functional requirements - Support operations functions, including root cause identification, remediation and documentation (e.g., user guides, ‘how to’ guides, infrastructure diagrams) - Work closely with clients and cross-functional departments on technical issues including software system troubleshooting and maintenance and to communicate project statuses - Prepare comprehensive test plans, test new features, services, and fix bugs - Configure IdAM, Active Directory, LDAP resources with platform and applications - Prepare technical presentations for government and senior leadership - Work effectively in a team environment - Work across infrastructure that contains both Linux and Windows - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical, management and customer both written and verbally - Utilize robust troubleshooting skills - Instill and apply solid engineering rigor, to include configuration management, testing - Develop/engineer as part of an Agile scrum team ## **Pay & Benefits Highlights** ### **Compensation** - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Employee referral bonuses of up to $10,000 for eligible hires. - Additional bonus opportunities for exceptional performance and contributions to business development and company growth. ### **Health & Wellness** - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and eligible dependents. - Deductible reimbursement of up to $1,000 for employee-only coverage and up to $2,000 for family coverage upon meeting plan deductibles. ### **Income Protection** - 100% company-paid short-term disability insurance. - 100% company-paid long-term disability insurance. - 100% company-paid accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. - Company-paid life insurance coverage up to $150,000. ### **Retirement** - 401(k) plan with immediate vesting upon eligibility.
