Role We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to join our Platform & Reliability Engineering department in Bangalore, reporting to the Director of Platform & Reliability Engineering. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, scalability, and reliability of ZDX solutions. You will lead automation initiatives to build robust frameworks, validate feature functionality, optimize system performance, and champion an AI-first approach to development. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Design and develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable test automation frameworks using an AI-first development methodology Develop and execute end-to-end tests to ensure seamless operation of ZDX components, including cloud services, analytics dashboards, APIs, and user-facing applications Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate testing pipelines into CI/CD workflows, ensuring faster release cycles without compromising quality Utilize analytics tools, logs, and testing outputs to identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues systematically Continuously refine testing methodologies to improve coverage, detect issues earlier, and maximize efficiency Who You Are (Success Profile) You thrive in ambiguity.
