EHCG provides best in class services to its customers in the following areas: Business Systems Services; Business Intelligence; Data Analytics and Dashboarding; Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) Implementation; Legacy System Optimization; Digital Transformation; Cloud Migration; Integration and Modernization; and Risk Management Framework Processes (RMF). **Job Description** *Contingent Upon Contract Award* Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Sr. SAP IQ Database Administrator to serve as a senior technical expert supporting the design, development, optimization, and administration of SAP IQ database environments. This role requires deep expertise in SAP IQ, data engineering, and ETL operations, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. The administrator will collaborate with Government stakeholders to meet evolving business and technical requirements while adhering to all applicable security, governance, and operational standards. Location: Remote - Must be a U.S. Citizen with eligibility for a government clearance - A minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible experience supporting enterprise database environments - Demonstrated ability to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and operational support of complex SAP IQ and other database and data integration solutions - Experience using SAP Data Services to develop and maintain ETL workflows - Working knowledge of SAP IQ developer tools and Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) - Experience developing and implementing logical data models, schemas, and data validation processes - Experience working with Linux (RHEL), and Windows operating systems - Experience reading from and writing to multiple file formats, including fixed-width, delimited, XML, and text-based formats - Working knowledge of programming languages and scripting tools such as C/C++, Java, Python, Perl and shell scripting - Strong experience working with Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) to include establishing database connections, executing standard or prepared SQL queries, managing result sets, and handling transactions securely with ability to assist end-users with troubleshooting - Proficiency in writing, analyzing, and optimizing complex SQL queries including identifying and rewriting long-running queries - Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentoring, training, and knowledge transfer to database administrators, developers, analysts, and end users. - Experience developing and enforcing technical standards, operational procedures, governance practices, and documentation to support organizational objectives. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to resolve complex technical and operational challenges. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage technical teams, management, and business stakeholders. **Benefits** We offer full-time salaried employees competitive salaries with a range of benefits, including: - Medical, Dental, & Vision - Life Insurance, Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability - SIMPLE IRA with Company Match - Federal Holidays - Vacation & Sick Leave **$500 Referral Bonus** If this position is not a perfect fit for you, but you know someone who would be a great match, please refer them to us via our Candidate Referral Program by going to: http://www.enterprisehorizon.com/candidatereferrals.
