(*\*in collaboration with AbbVie*) ## About the Role: Responsible for real estate portfolio management, lease administration, contract management, and transaction support across the Company's office, laboratory, and R&D real estate portfolio. Manages lease and contract obligations, supports complex real estate transactions, and serves as a key resource for portfolio reporting, financial compliance, and landlord and vendor relationship management. Reports into Global Real Estate Operations and partners cross-functionally with Facilities/Engineering, EH&S, Space Planning, and Finance to ensure lease compliance, accurate financial reporting, and alignment with business and operational needs. \_ ## Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to): - **Lease Administration & Portfolio Management** - Support portfolio strategy and real estate planning initiatives through reporting, analysis, and operational insights - Maintain and manage lease records, including critical dates, financial terms, and key provisions within lease administration systems - Generate and deliver portfolio-level reporting and insights to support real estate decision-making and leadership reviews - Track and proactively manage lease expirations, renewals, options, and notice requirements - Perform lease abstraction and ensure accurate interpretation and application of lease terms - Ensure all lease documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready - Serve as a knowledgeable resource for lease-related obligations and inquiries - Support and coordinate activities related to complex lease transactions and related documentation, due diligence, and execution activities - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance lease administration efficiency, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness - **Financial Management…
