In this hybrid role, you oversee project planning, execution, and resource management while analyzing business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Serving as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams, you facilitate organizational alignment, ensure strong stakeholder engagement, and guide the successful implementation of business solutions that deliver measurable value **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or MBA a plus - **10+ years** in project/program/portfolio management, including **5+ years** managing enterprise portfolios in a matrixed environment. - Demonstrated success leading **portfolio governance, prioritization, and funding** at the executive level. - Strong **financial acumen** (forecasting, capitalization, ROI/NPV, benefits realization) and experience partnering with Finance. - Proficiency with **PPM platforms** (e.g., Planview, Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira), and **analytics/visualization** (Power BI/Tableau). - Expert in **stage-gate, change control, and risk management; able to turn insights into decisions and actions.** - Exceptional communication skills—able to craft executive-ready narratives and facilitate complex, cross-functional decision-making.
