Roku's continued success relies on investing in the success of our content partners and the platform we provide to them. The Partner Initiatives team is responsible for partner adoption and support of new Roku initiatives and features. We work with content partners and cross functionally with Roku's product and engineering teams to drive partner integration success and scalability for broad adoption. What is the role? As a Senior Program Manager, Content Partnerships, you will lead the successful participation of content providers in Roku's partner-facing engineering development programs, spanning new platform features and hardware product introductions. You will combine strong relationship management, technical understanding, and program management expertise to drive partner participation and program success from concept through delivery. This role requires the ability to build trust with external partners while collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to align priorities and achieve shared goals. You will develop go-to-market partner strategies, represent partner perspectives within internal program teams, and ensure that engagement deliverables support a positive partner experience throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a technology or media environment and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth and scale of Roku's partner ecosystem. For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between 164,900 − 219,400 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
