This role leads the development of product vision and roadmaps grounded in consumer insight, market analysis, and clear business cases. Working cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and business development, the Senior Product Manager drives products from concept through launch and lifecycle management. The role balances strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ensuring products deliver strong consumer value, commercial impact, and brand differentiation. As a key product leader, the Senior Product Manager evaluates new category opportunities, builds compelling investment cases, and influences senior stakeholders to move the business forward. This role suits a commercially minded, consumer‑focused product leader who thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by building what’s next. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: **Product Strategy and Vision:** - Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that identifies white space opportunities and new category potential within the company's existing business framework. - Conduct thorough market research to identify unmet customer and end-user needs, emerging industry trends, adjacent market opportunities, and competitive gaps. - Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer insights, market analysis, business objectives, and strategic growth opportunities in new and emerging categories. **Business Development and Category Expansion:** - Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand into new product categories that leverage existing capabilities, distribution channels, and brand equity. - Build business cases for new category entries, including market sizing, competitive landscape analysis, investment requirements, and projected ROI. - Establish strategic partnerships and explore collaboration opportunities that enable category expansion and market penetration. - Lead new category feasibility studies and pilot programs to validate market demand and business viability. **Product Development:** - Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, project management, marketing, sales, and business development, to drive the product roadmap and launches across existing and new categories. - Create and maintain detailed product specifications and requirements for assigned product categories, including new category development initiatives. - Oversee the product development lifecycle for both core products and new category ventures, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new products and…
