**Position Summary** The Global Director/Sr. Manager of Revenue Growth Management for Elmhurst 1925 leads strategies for profitable growth by optimizing (4Ps/AMPS) Pricing/Assortment, Merchandising/Promotions and Trade spend, Base Pricing, Shelving Analysis/Placement using data/analytics, aligning Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to boost top/bottom-line results, while building RGM capabilities and tech tools for efficiency and scalability. This role will be an individual contributor role, for now with key duties include defining RGM strategy, analyzing market insights, overseeing RGM systems (TPM/pricing), driving cross-functional collaboration, and reporting to the SVP of Finance- Elmhurst 1925. **Key Responsibilities** - Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive RGM strategies for pricing, trade, promotions, and product mix to achieve financial targets. - Analytics & Insights: Translate consumer, customer, and market data into actionable revenue-driving initiatives and build performance dashboards. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and Supply Chain to ensure cohesive execution, alignment, and ensure top and bottom-line growth. - Process & Technology: Lead, train, and facility the deployment of RGM tools (e.g., pricing software, forecasting software, TPM systems) and establish roadmap and measurable actions for commercial effectiveness. Lead, train, develop and deploy AMPS policies for both core offerings and new product launches partnering with Innovation, Marketing, and Sales - Performance Management: Oversee KPIs and scorecards, driving accountability for revenue goals. - S&OP Planning Process: Lead the Elmhurst development of an S&OP process to ensure greater forecast accuracy while reducing costs throughout the value chain. **Core Competencies** - Deep expertise in pricing, trade, promotions, and financial acumen. - Sales background to understand implementation and ways of working - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Proven leadership, cross-functional collaboration, team development, and strategic planning capabilities Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred. - 8+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Sales Strategy, Pricing, or Category Management within CPG, food, or beverage. - Proven expertise in pricing strategy, trade promotion management, assortment optimization, and revenue growth initiatives. - Strong analytical skills with experience translating consumer, customer, and financial data into actionable business strategies. - Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Innovation to drive commercial performance. - Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and leading strategic initiatives without direct authority. - Experience with RGM technologies, including TPM, pricing, forecasting, or commercial planning systems. - Strong financial acumen with experience managing KPIs, profitability, trade investments, and performance reporting. - Experience with S&OP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes preferred. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders. **Salary Range: 100-120K**
