THE ROLE Sr. Manager, Paid Social The Sr. Manager, Paid Social is a performance-driven marketing leader responsible for scaling customer acquisition through paid social channels. This person owns strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta and other social platforms for owned Quince Departments, translating business goals into efficient media investment and scalable growth. This role requires a highly analytical operator who can manage significant media budgets, identify performance drivers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure creative and targeting strategies continuously improve.
