Visit www.usadebusk.com for more information. **Summary/Objective:** Under the guidance of the HR Director, the Sr. HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to assigned business units, with a primary focus on supporting Operations. This role carries out responsibilities across the following functional areas: employee relations, training and development, organizational development, and employment. The Sr. HRBP serves as a trusted advisor to operations leaders and front-line managers, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations matters, workforce planning, and compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate agility, adaptability, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is highly collaborative and requires strong judgment, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. This position is based in Deer Park, TX or can be remote; candidates must reside within reasonable proximity of a major commercial airport to support travel requirements. **Responsibilities:** *May include, but are not limited to, the following* - Partners with management to communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, laws, and best practices. - Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with HR policies and governmental laws and regulations. - Ensures compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations. - Handles employee relations counseling, disciplinary actions, separations, and exit interviews. - Maintains employee-related databases; prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company; and prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested. - Assists with the development of Human Resources policies; provides advice, assistance, and follow-up on policies, procedures, and documentation. - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions. - Leads and participates in HR-related projects as needed. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field required. - 3+ years of HR experience, including demonstrated experience in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role. - Must possess in-depth knowledge of federal and state laws across multiple states. - Must have prior experience supporting Operations. - Must demonstrate agility, adaptability, and the ability to effectively navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Must possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Must possess technical writing skills. - Must be capable of working independently and collectively with the HR team. - Must possess strong organizational and project management skills. - Must be proficient in Microsoft 365. **Preferred Qualifications:** - PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. - Experience with utilizing and navigat…
