In this role, you will be driving the development, maintenance, and evolution of internal automation products that empower our operational departments. You will work across the entire stack - handling backend services, internal web tools, complex integrations, data-processing flows, automation modules, and UI functionality. This position goes beyond hands-on coding: you will help organize technical workflows within your assigned areas, unblock and mentor other developers, and collaborate with cross-departmental engineering teams to align architectural solutions. * * * ### **Key Responsibilities** #### **1. Technical Leadership & Development Flow** - Act as a technical anchor: support team members with architectural questions, implementation approaches, and resolving technical blockers. - Help define and elevate engineering standards, including code review guidelines, release workflows, and technical documentation expectations. - Design and develop robust backend services, web tools, APIs, and deep integrations using **C# / .NET**. - Build and support responsive frontend functionality using **JavaScript / TypeScript** and modern frameworks. - Refactor and modernize legacy automation logic, gradually migrating unstable or manual workflows into scalable, code-based solutions. - Optimize database structures, data flows, and service-to-service communication. - Lead production issue investigations, performing root-cause analysis and system stabilization. #### **2.
