Sr. Full Stack Engineer

You will be responsible for the design, development, management, and optimization of the Firm's core technology infrastructure, integration architecture, and data systems. You will own and manage the Firm's **AWS environment** across all accounts, including infrastructure administration, security management, performance optimization, compliance initiatives, and cost management. You will architect, develop, and manage the Firm's **integration architecture**, including modularized endpoints for Salesforce and the company's middleware layer that connects Social Security Administration (SSA) systems to the Firm's system of record. You will ensure all integrations are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements. You will design, develop, and manage the Firm's **Customer Data Platform (CDP)** within Salesforce Data Cloud, creating and maintaining a unified client data ecosystem across the Firm's technology stack to support operational efficiency, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. You will also build, maintain, and enhance **conversion tooling and supporting internal utilities** within the Firm's marketing technology layer, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance while supporting ongoing business growth and operational effectiveness. In addition, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new technology solutions, improve system architecture, implement best practices, and provide technical leadership across the Firm's engineering and technology initiatives.
