Sr. Fitter/Welders

We commit to and pride ourselves on providing reliable structures, superior service, and product solutions. - Job Location: Tulsa, OK - Standard Hours: May change based on production needs **What You'll Do:** - Lay out and cut complex subassemblies or final product - Fit and complete final welds and/or multi-pass welds - Apply appropriate welding processes to join, surface, fabricate, and repair parts of metal or other weldable materials according to layouts, work orders, blueprints, schematics, and sketches using manual and/or semi-automatic welding equipment - May lay out and mark weld points on parts or subassemblies - May position pieces to be welded into jigs, holding fixtures, guides, and steps using measuring instruments and hand tools - May inspect completed work for conformance to specifications - Observe all standard safety practices - Maintain and complete all required records - Follow all safety rules and practices - May be involved in safety committees or initiatives - Other job duties as assigned **What You'll Need** - Minimum of 1 year of applicable welding experience - Ability to successfully pass a 2G Flux Core (FCAW) weld test on 1” plate (bend test) - Flux Core experience is highly desired - Experience welding or fitting utility structures or similar products is highly desired, but not required - Ability to adhere to all safety rules and practices - Ability to read blueprints, layouts, schematics, or work orders - The ability to maintain reliable and predictable good attendance - A high level of dependability, a great attitude, and an ability to work well with a team towards achieving a common goal. **Benefits** - Benefits Include: - Health & Pharmacy - Dental & Vision - Critical Illness - Flexible Spending Accounts - Company Paid Life & AD&D Insurance - Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance - 401(k) W/Company Match - Short-Term Disability - Voluntary Long-Term Disability - Employee Assistance Program
