Stephenson Cancer Center is seeking an accomplished Sr. Education Program Coordinator to provide operational leadership and strategic direction for our nationally recognized Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship Program. This is a high impact role for a collaborative, detail driven professional who thrives at the intersection of medical education, program management, and trainee advocacy. In this role, you'll serve as the backbone of the fellowship: ensuring compliance, continuity, innovation, and an exceptional experience for fellows, faculty, and staff. As the Sr. Education Program Coordinator, you'll help maintain program excellence while identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance trainee experience, and elevate the program's national standing. What You'll Do: **Program Leadership & Operations** Lead day to day operations and provide strategic oversight of the Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship Program Ensure continuity and operational excellence Coordinate and facilitate program activities to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations Oversee routine program maintenance, including confidential record management and data security **Accreditation, Compliance & Reporting** Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and national accreditation standards Collaborate closely with accrediting bodies and internal stakeholders Compile, prepare, and present periodic reports and required program documentation **Strategy, Innovation & Growth** Recommend and implement innovative improvements to program design, delivery, and quality Assist in setting operational goals, objectives, and performance standards Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of training materials Participate in or lead committees and internal project teams **Marketing, Enrollment & Stakeholder Engagement** Contribute to recruitment, marketing, and enrollment strategies to attract top fellowship candidates Develop and maintain strong relationships with faculty, trainees, partners, and stakeholders Represent the program at meetings and serve as a trusted point of contact Collaborate with University offices to ensure timely publication and dissemination of program materials **Why Join Stephenson Cancer Center?** Be part of Oklahoma's only NCI Designated Cancer Center Work alongside nationally recognized faculty and clinical leaders Make a meaningful impact in cancer education and patient outcomes Enjoy a collaborative academic environment with opportunities for growth and innovation [View full job descriptions](https://apps.hr.ou.edu/JobDescription/Home/Details/8110) | | --- | | **Required Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Health, or related field. 1 year of administrative or program coordination experience. **Equivalency/Substitution:** Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
