You will have the opportunity to influence the future of fraud prevention technology while driving measurable business outcomes at scale. ### Accountabilities: The Sr. Director, Product Management will define and execute product strategy while leading a team responsible for delivering scalable, market-leading solutions. This role requires strong ownership of roadmap development, customer outcomes, and cross-functional execution. - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the check intelligence product portfolio. - Translate customer needs, fraud trends, regulatory requirements, market opportunities, and operational challenges into clear product requirements and investment priorities. - Partner with engineering, data science, fraud specialists, and operations teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing product capabilities. - Lead roadmap planning across fraud prevention, deposit decisioning, image quality, APIs, analytics, operational tools, and customer-facing features. - Manage, mentor, and develop product managers while strengthening product discovery, execution discipline, stakeholder alignment, and business ownership. - Establish and monitor product performance indicators, including fraud detection effectiveness, false positives, customer adoption, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, implementation, and support teams to improve customer engagement, adoption, and go-to-market readiness. - Stay informed on evolving check fraud patterns, financial services trends, and emerging technologies to guide product innovation. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in financial technology, fraud prevention, SaaS platforms, or related B2B solutions.
