What is The Role The Global Integrated Campaigns team plays a key role in our marketing strategy. We design security-focused campaigns that raise awareness, engage buying groups, and support revenue growth across target accounts. As the Senior Security Campaigns Manager, you will help create and guide multi-channel campaigns that showcase Elastic Security. You will partner with Product Marketing, Digital, Regional Field Marketing, and Sales teams to build full-funnel campaign experiences that meet customer needs. What You Will Be Doing Campaign Strategy & Delivery: Plan and support multi-channel security campaigns from launch to evaluation, ensuring clear messaging across all channels. Buyer Journey Alignment: Map campaign content and tactics to every stage of the security buyer journey to foster engagement and pipeline growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Brand teams to ensure aligned, cohesive messaging. Performance Insights: Track campaign metrics to understand performance, refine tactics, and guide future campaign strategy. What You Bring 8+ years of experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, or growth marketing, with a focus on SaaS or enterprise security. Experience engaging security decision-makers and technical roles (e.g., CISOs, architects, engineers). Background in modern demand generation, including ABM, lead nurturing, and funnel strategy. Strong communication skills with an ability to simplify complex technical ideas for broader audiences. Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce. #LI-JM5 Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below. These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.
