(*\*in collaboration with AbbVie*) ## About the Role: Supports upstream cell culture process development activities for biologic drug candidates from early development through commercialization by executing well-defined experiments, generating high-quality data, and contributing to process development studies under the guidance of senior scientists. Develops foundational expertise in mammalian cell culture, upstream process development, and bioprocess technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project and platform objectives. \_ ## Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to): - Perform routine cell culture process development experiments using established scientific methods and laboratory procedures under the guidance of senior scientists - Execute mammalian cell culture studies to support upstream process development, process characterization, and technology development activities - Generate accurate, reproducible experimental data and perform routine data analysis to support project objectives - Assist with upstream platform development, process scale-up, and technology transfer activities - Support experimental planning and execution for defined studies while learning principles of experimental design and process development - Contribute to routine process optimization and characterization studies under supervision - Identify routine experimental issues and communicate observations to senior team members for evaluation and resolution - Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, including benchtop bioreactors and associated instrumentation - Maintain laboratory organization, inventory, and equipment according to established procedures - Document laboratory activities, experimental results, and observations in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) a…
